Hi,
I was given a non working emax II. The internal floppy drive doesn't work. From the research I've done I know that I could track an original floppy drive MITSUBISHI MF353B (not easy). But what's not clear to me is if I could replace the non working floppy drive with an emulator (floppy, smart drive or usb). From what I've understand you still need a working internal floppy drive. Am I wrong ? Do I have other options ?
Thanks for your help.

Re: non working floppy drive
Thanks for your answer. That sounds great !
I have two other questions :
Is it allowed here to share bootable disk files for emax II ?
Between the USB and SDcard solutions, the USB seems more convenient but if it's read only does that mean I can't save samples on it ?

Re: non working floppy drive
Thanks. I will go with the SD cards though. Lotahrek doesn't support USB sticks (that's why I thought USB was read only) and Gotek seems unreliable.
