I am attempting to create an HFE image based on a Kryoflux preservation stream of a copy protected disk of mine. However, I have yet to get a valid image out of the process. I've gotten close, but some of the data in the HFE file is corrupt if I compare the data to a direct copy of some of the files. For example, in this case, I can open up the main executive .COM file in a hex editor and see the contents start out identical to the original and then a little through the file is is corrupt (and crashes if I try to run it).
Here is a view in HxCFloppy Emulator (2.5.6.6) of the disk.

I have set the Disk RPM to 300 to get this far and this is the best I've been able to do. The HFE image has a valid listing of the file contents if I do a directory listing on the system. But some of the files are corrupted.
What is odd is if I output a IMG image, the files are all good! Except of course for the offending copy protection where there are only 8 sectors in track 6.
Any suggestions?
